Officers of Venezuela’s Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) tried to confiscate the phone of Lizaura Noriega, a reporter for Venezuela’s Portal de Noticias, when she was outside the Hospital Universitario de Maracaibo, Zulia state to cover COVID-19 related developments.
