Slovenia’s Government Communication Office (UKOM) refused several health experts and ministers clearance to give interviews about rapid antigen tests to media outlets including the public broadcaster RTV Slovenija and Kanal A – leading to criticism from the county’s journalist unions that the government body was censoring information and trying to control the media narrative around COVID-19.
