Omar Iván Camacho Mascareño, a sports reporter for a local radio station Chávez Radiocast was found dead on March 24 in the town of Salvador Alvarado, in the northern Mexican state of Sinaloa. The state attorney general has said that investigations are underway to establish the motive of the killing and to identify the killers.
