Das Internationale Presse Institut (IPI), ein weltweites Netzwerk von Redakteuren, Medienvertretern und Journalisten, verurteilt die Verhaftung des österreichischen Journalisten Max Zirngast durch die türkischen Behörden aufs Schärfste und fordert seine sofortige Freilassung.
