Audience habits and what they expect of their media are changing. This means that news outlets need to work to understand these expectations and rethink how to design and deliver news products and value.
We’re thrilled to have Karl Oskar Teien, Director of Product at IPI member Schibsted/Aftenposten, lead this special workshop. Join us to learn about Aftenposten’s strategy and thinking behind audience research and to gain valuable insights into the process of product design and development.
Topics
Learn how to:
- Use data to understand your users’ needs and the most important challenges your news organization needs to address.
- Create a product strategy that addresses these challenges.
- Combine product discovery with product delivery to build solutions that are viable, feasible, and usable.
