Journalist Denis Suvorov was killed in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia on July 23, 2018. According to local news sources, Suvorov’s body was found with a skull fracture, after passersby had heard screaming outside a construction site. Police launched a criminal investigation into the murder. Suvorov worked as a host and online editor at the state-run broadcaster Rossia Nizhny Novgorod.
