Verbal, online or physical attack: Physical attack by public
Rayber Alvarado was attacked by three individuals while covering quarantine easing measures in Caracas. The persons tried to steal Alvarado’s mobile phone, beat him and threw and unknown liquid at him. Alvarado said that nearby police failed to intervene to stop the assault, despite his cries for help.
