Lizeta Hernández, governor of the Venezuelan state of Delta Amacuro, told the ZODI defence force to subpoena Melquiades Ávila, a reporter for the Venezuelan news site El Pitazo, for her posts on Facebook related to COVID-19. Hernandez said that Ávila was trying to politicize the health crisis.
