Hromadske Radio broadcasting in Kherson disrupted due to Russian shelling

On 31 July 2024, Ukraine’s Hromadske Radio said that its broadcasting in Kherson had been temporarily interrupted as a result of Russian shelling earlier on the same day, the outlet reported on its website. The broadcaster explained that transmission equipment which the station used had been hit in Russian shelling, without providing further details. Hromadske Radio’s broadcasts resumed at 14:15 local time on the same day, the outlet said, after specialists repaired a transmission tower in the region.
