The director of Radiomanía 89.7 FM, Richard Rodríguez, was handcuffed and moved to a detention room without water and medical attention after he posted a video from a gymnasium that showed poor living conditions of COVID-19 patients housed there. Rodrguez was in the gymnasium as a possible infected person.
