The International Press Institute (IPI) is hosting a session at the 3rd Africa Media Convention in Accra, Ghana. The session will focus on strengthening monitoring, reporting, and advocacy mechanisms for journalists’ safety in Africa.

This session aims to bring together national, regional, and international stakeholders to share experiences, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve monitoring, reporting, and advocacy journalists’ safety across Africa. This will be a platform for collective action, fostering stronger collaboration between stakeholders to create a safer environment for journalists across Africa.
