Mohammed Milad, a cameraman working for Syrian state television, was killed on Oct. 10, 2017 in the central province of Homs in a landmine blast. The official SANA news agency said the explosion was caused by a device planted by militants from the Islamic State group. A newspaper linked to the Syrian government said that Milad was on assignment at the time of his death.
