Mahmood Khan, Pakistan

Two journalists died when a civil hospital in Quetta, Pakistan was bombed on Aug. 8, 2016, killing at least 53 people. Shahzad Khan, a cameraman for Aaj TV, and Mahmood Khan, a cameraman for Dawn News, were among a group of several journalists and lawyers who had gathered at the hospital following the death of a local bar association head, who was shot dead in a separate incident. Shahzad Khan died in the explosion, which was believed to be the work of a suicide bomber. Mahmood Khan was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries.
