Russian internet and communications regulator Roskomnadzor requested the website Podcast.ru to remove a podcast episode created by the student-run DOXA journal as it contained anti-war messages. The website complied and removed the episode. “Since we work in the Russian Federation and want to remain available to podcasters for as long as possible, we fulfill this requirement,” Podcast.ru said. Access to the episode “Anti-war mailing No. 53” remained available through a mirror link. “RKN (Roskomnadzor) demanded to block the release of our podcast for calling a spade a spade,” DOXA commented on the decision.
