At an unspecified date in March, local inhabitants in Lviv prevented journalist Andriy Deleher from filming a live broadcast for CNA, a TV channel based in Singapore. Deleher said he was preparing to film in Lviv with residential buildings in the background, when an inhabitant of one of the buildings approached him to say he did not want it filmed. Following this, Deleher reportedly changed the angle of his phone camera to respect the man’s demand, but he called the police regardless, and then prevented Deleher from leaving the area. When police arrived, they checked his documents and took him to a police station, where his documents and phone were checked again. Deleher was released after police called the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, who confirmed that his accreditation was valid.
