Journalist Veronika Samusik from Sota Vision was arrested while she was covering an anti-war protest. In response, St. Petersburg State University announced it would expel students who were arrested during anti-war protests. Samusik had been attending in a professional capacity and had been in possession of a press card and proof of her editorial assignment.
