Obada Ghazal, Syria

Obada Ghazal was killed in Taftanaz on Sept. 26, 2015 while covering government barrel bombing when he was caught in one of the blasts. Ghazal was a correspondent for pro-opposition Syrian media outlet SMART News Agency. The outlet reported that he suffered shrapnel wounds to his chest and shoulder.
