Seventeen-year-old Josué David Chamán, announcer for radio channel Fuente de Vida, was found dead with several bullet wounds on his body in Cobán, Alta Verapaz on Oct. 11, 2016. He had gone missing four days earlier. The motive for his killing remains unclear.
