Zaporizhzhya journalist detained and taken to Donbass

Journalist Iryna Dubchenko from Zaporizhzhya was detained by Russian military forces and reportedly taken to the Donbass. According to reports, she was detained in Rozivka where she was taking care of her grandmother. Her alleged abduction was reported by journalist Yakov Noskov, who said Dubchenko had been accused of supporting and hiding Ukrainian military forces. She worked for and contributed to the media outlets Saturday Plus, Politsovet, Depo.Zaporizhzhya, and the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency (UNIAN). Multiple journalists working in the region near the city of Zaporizhzhia, a city on the Dnieper River in south-eastern Ukraine, have faced pressure from Russian military authorities.

UPDATE: On 11 April, Iryna Dubchenko was released by Russian forces and was able to return home.
