Vice president’s security guards delete journalists’ photos

On October 22, 2023, security forces attached to Vice President Kembo Mohadi deleted pictures of journalists. The incident occurred after the vice president collapsed while addressing a Zanu PF campaign launch in the Gutu West constituency. Vice President Mohadi collapsed on the podium and was airlifted to an unknown destination for medical attention. Security agents, however, quickly rounded up journalists covering the event and ordered them to delete all pictures of Mohadi’s fall.
