TV2 in Tomsk ceases operations after censorship

The Tomsk based TV2 announced it would cease operations due to government censorship. It came after the media outlet was banned by the government media regulator. TV2 editor-in-chief Viktor Muchnik said it was not possible to continue working under normal conditions and that they refused to comply with reporting restrictions on the war in Ukraine imposed by the Russian authorities.
