Censorship and regulation: Publication ban, take-down order or forced deletion, fine, administrative action
On 17 January 2023, the Ukrainian army said Russian forces blocked the broadcasting of Ukrainian TV channels in Zavodivka, Hornostayivka and Kayiry. All three towns are located in the areas of Kherson Oblast which remain under Russian occupation. Russian television is broadcasted instead of Ukrainian content, said the army representatives in Kyiv.
