Dinorah Nolasco, leader of Honduras’s Sanitaria region, issud an order prohibiting medical personnel from giving statements on behalf of the Ministry of Health to journalists, as well as judicial and human rights entities. She named three medical officials who had the sole authorization to provide such information.
