Victoria Streltsova, a journalist with Ukrainian broadcaster TSN, was reportedly caught close to Russian shelling in Kharkiv on September 12 while filming a live report to the studio. The attack was reported by her employer and a video of the incident was posted online. In the footage, Streltsova, as a correspondent who has been covering the war, was talking to a host in the studio about recent developments in the area and the restoration of power supply to the city, which had been bombed by Russian forces on September 11. Streltsova can be seen wearing a PRESS vest and helmet and standing in the street. As the broadcaster played clips of the recent bombing and Streltsova spoke, an explosion is heard off screen. Streltsova then said several explosions hit the city centre and she felt the shock wave herself. However, the city had been under bombardment by Russian forces for days.
