Three Belarusian media blocked in Russia

Belarusian radio station Euroradio was blocked in Russia on the order of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Euroradio is an independent Belarusian media which extensively covered anti-government protests in Belarus and has been reporting on the war in Ukraine. In October 2021, its Telegram channel was classified as “extremist” by Minsk district court. Euroradio was the third Belarusian media blocked in Russia. Nasha Niva and Zerkalo website were also previously blocked and had also been reporting on the invasion of Ukraine. Nasha Niva was blocked after it published a banner with the words “No to war”.
