Verbal, online or physical attack: Hacking/DDoS attack
The Ukrainian news website Suspilne was targeted with a powerful cyber-attack which succeeded in slowing down the website. On March 25, the platform reported on its Telegram channel that it had come under DDoS attack. It said it had managed to solve the problem and continued to report as normal. Suspilne’s website was previously brought down in a similar attack on March 1. Hackers then also attacked the satellite signal of Ukraine’s UAFirst public TV channel.
