Security Service of Ukraine bans entry to 13 foreign journalists accused of “working on Russian orders”

On 13 May 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said that since 24 February it had banned entry to thirteen foreign journalists for allegedly “working on Russia’s orders”. The identities and the citizenships of the journalists were not made clear. No information was provided either on the outlets they worked for. SBU said those concerned by the measure were forbidden from entering Ukraine for a period of three years.
