Roskomnadzor blocked the website of the Armenian service of U.S. Congress-funded Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty – Radio Azatutyun – and the Finnish television and radio company Yle. The Russian-language version of Radio Azatutyun website was blocked, although the English-language version remained online. The blocking order was carried out on the order of the Russian Prosecutor-General’s Office. The reasons for the decision were not clear, although they appeared to be linked to the radio stations’ coverage of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
