Kremenchuk Telegraph website offline following DDoS attack

On 10 March 2025, the website of news outlet Kremenchutskiy Telegraph was targeted in a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, as a result of which the website went offline for an unspecified amount of time. The incident was reported on in the outlet’s Telegram channel.

Technical details pertaining to the attack were not available. It was also unclear when the outlet became again accessible to readers.

Lesya Nazarenko, the editor-in-chief of the publication, said in a comment provided to Ukraine’s Institute of Mass Information, a press freedom monitoring group, that she believed Russians were responsible for the attackю
