On September 13, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, reported on his Telegram channel that Russian troops attacked the region of Nikopol with drones and artillery on the night of September 13, damaging an electric power line in Nikopol, among other infrastructure.
