Muvi Television journalist Priscilla Pakati died on April 21, 2015 at 11:00 in the Gwembe district of Zambia’s Southern Province when the vehicle in which she was travelling collided with an unregistered construction vehicle working on the road. Pakati was on assignment at the time, covering a visit by doctors to a medical care centre in Chaanga. She died after being brought to a hospital. Three German nationals with whom Pakati was travelling – two doctors and the driver of the vehicle – also died.
