Nancy Parker, 53, a veteran TV journalist and anchor working for WVUE Fox 8, was killed on August 16 when her small stunt plane crashed at Lakefront Airport in New Orleans. She was covering a story in the plane, according to the TV station. The pilot was also killed in the crash.
